A warm welcome to Georg from Bath in UK
Hi Christina,
Well where do i start,
I am a sports mad person and have challenged myself in many ways.
I was looking to do a ironman next year but i don’t like swimming further than 1000m so i found the KiliMan on the net.
I am so looking forward in doing the challenge and i have convinced two off my friends to come along. Katie Chalmers and Mike Hobbins, we all train together.
It would be nice to read some of the Blog but it is all in German.
Talk soon,
Cant wait,
George
Sorry, Georg but sometimes I try to translate. We hope that Tanja likes to communicate here in the blog with you also. Tanja, where are you?
I will start tommorow to Kilimanjaro via Lemosho route and wanted to send some SMS to this blog, but SMS is not working here. Will call now my daughter and she tipes in.

Hi Chris
I’m here!
Hello to George, Katie and Mike! I live in Devon so not far from you. I bet we have better weather than you…or maybe not. So much for the summer! I’m doing Kili in 2011 so I have a bit of stuff planned for next year like Snowdan Marathon and some walking trips eg Welsh 3000 etc…I’m also looking at getting a few mates together for Dartmoor Classic cycle next year for charity. Haven’t decided on distance 100k or 100 miler. I’m fairly new to cycling so 100 miles is still quite scary! But that’s part of the challenge so I’d prefer to do that one.
Let us know what training plans you have etc and keep in touch!
